The Operational Programme of Technical Assistance (POAT) called "Network for the governance of cultural policies", has developed initiatives for the support and growth of a multilevel system, more and more open and shared, of knowledges, skills, capabilities and tools, according to a strategy based on the awareness of the need to strengthen the internal innovation process of the Administration and to enhance the cooperation between the different levels of government and other public and private bodies operating in the field.
